In my role as senior staff on the Midleton Fitness team; I have (and will continue to) hone an array of skills and qualities such as customer service in the sales and admin department but also empathy and communication alongside motivation and leadership on the personal training spectrum. Jameson Distillery Midleton

As part of Transition Year Work Experience, I undertook a week’s work in the role of a Laboratory Assistant in the Jameson Distillery Laboratories. As part of tasks undertaken, I took part in research, assisted in the organisation of taste tests and learned general laboratory safety and etiquette.
