Needles to say I am a dedicated employee. I have been with Doumak ( makers of Campfire, Fireside, Rocky Mountain Marshmallows as well as numerous private label brands) for over a decade and a half. Starting as a cook in 2003 and advancing to QA in 2005 and Quality Assurance supervisor in 2018.Recently, Dec 2018, completed AIB training for FDA's Food Defense coordinator. Finished HACCP Course, and PCQI Certified. Have knowledge of REDZONE. In charge of Ordering supplies for lab, managing other technicians, in charge of hours and scheduling of work days / times, Doing Enviromental testing, as well as sending out finished prod and raw materials for micro testing. Part of customer complaint group, Trained in CPR and first response/first aid. I love my job and the company I work for. they have been great and loyal to me. And I am in return loyal to them.I say this because I feel it's only fair to let anyone wanting me to join their team know in advance that it will take quite a bit more money than I am making, better benefits and at matching vacation time for me to even remotely consider leaving Doumak.

This includes testing product, raw materials, packaging and equipment used.Test for size, weight, texture, moisture, starch, flavor, color of product.Inspect packaging to make sure weights, film, alignment, code dates and cartons are all correct.Calibrate testing equipment, test cleaning solutions for PPM and PH, as well as test equipment after cleaning with microbiological testing swabs.Retain samples for both company use and customer verification. Make COAs as required for customers that require them.Fill out all necessary paperwork including but not limited to ...packaging checks, process checks, foreign material report, metal detector check, end of shift reports, Hold paperwork, calibration log, hot box sample log, raw material log, etc
