Tom is an authority in psychological assessment, talent development, applied research, and organizational consulting. He is the Founder of Academy of Work Science (AWS), helping organizations, professional coaches, academic institutions, and athletic programs develop psychological skills (mental toughness, intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, & achievement striving) that drive success across all performance domains. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Temple and has written articles and has spoken at numerous scientific and professional conferences.
