Tom is an authority in psychological assessment, talent development, applied research, and organizational consulting. He is the Founder of Academy of Work Science (AWS), helping organizations, professional coaches, academic institutions, and athletic programs develop psychological skills (mental toughness, intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, & achievement striving) that drive success across all performance domains. Leveraging extensive consulting experience and research spanning thousands of large and medium size corporations, non-profit entities, start-ups and other organizations, as well as professional and elite athletes (MLB, NHL, NBA.
