During my time as training specialist at PayPal I had the opportunity to set up a new site from a training perspective on two occasions. From September 2011 I played a vital part setting up the new PayPal operations centre in Berlin, Germany. During the following 12 months I would be providing all the essential product, skills & knowledge trainings as well as being the first point of contact for any escalations. In October 2012 I took over that same responsibility for the new operations centre in Dundalk, Ireland. My main responsibilities at that time were New Hire trainings for Fraud and Financial Services.My main responsibilities include: • Delivering training to new and existing employees• Developing training for new and existing employees• Analysing continuous training needs and evaluation of training impacts• Designing and delivering specialized trainings to existing staff members• Lining up training meets with the affected stakeholders• Ensuring communication of all relevant information to the stakeholders
