Awards International are responsible for organising and running a number of business award shows throughout the year including the UK Customer Experience Awards. As an awards consultant coordinator, I am responsible for the recruiting of entrants to the various award events. Once entered, I make sure that the entrants get to the event and help them along the way in the process by helping with their entry, logistics of getting to the event and table bookings for the day. I also have a hand in managing the event on the day to ensure all attendees are happy with the result.On top of this, I am also responsible for the training and recruitment of new staff in the UK and our international office in Belgrade. This involves travelling to Serbia throughout the year to conduct interviews and face to face training as well as holding training sessions on a daily basis from our UK office.

I have been involved with the launch of brand new products, as well as helping to create, and implement new and exciting sales campaigns for established brands. Duties have included hitting agreed sales targets set by the client both personally and managing a team to do so via calling warm and cold leads, selling face to face in the field mainly London, sourcing my own leads to manage, data sorting, not to mention training new staff to the desired standard.Clients that I have worked directly with include Matchpint, Racing UK, BT Sport, BskyB, Ooberstock, Ab Inbev, Carlsberg Ltd, Diageo, Heineken UK and Pernod Ricard. I account managed for the mobile phone app MatchPint helping them look after and maintain their 2000 plus subscribers throughout the UK. All aspects of customer service were implemented via inbound and outbound calling. Problem solving and organisation were key to ensuring all accounts could get the most from the service. Implementing sales drives to increase members was also vital in order help with continued growth.

As well as contacting and speaking to customers on a regular basis the role also involved liasing with different departments including helpdesk, fraud, anti money laundering. payments etc to make sure the best possible service was provided.This role helped me develop my customer relations as I was regularly speaking to a broad spectrum of customers from all backgrounds.Performance was measured against set targets based around productivity, conversions, funds and contacts. I worked with coordinators on new campaigns and existing issues as well as working with marketing to ensure correct customers targeted. I also produced numerous presentations to train and educate fellow staff members new and old.
