I'm passionate about software development and technology in development. I enjoy looking into new technologies in my spare time such as changes in frontend trends/frameworks, new UI libraries, integrating with new cloud platform services or refreshing my knowledge of previous technologies I've encountered.I have build up a skillset in a variety of areas to support developing the full stack of an application, with my primary focus being web application developmen although the stack varies depending on what I'm working on at the time, typically it's been juggling workin Java/Groovy and C# for the backend and React or Angular for the frontent then either Azure or AWS for the CloudPlatform. I've previously worked on thick clients, cross platform applications (Xamarin) and spent some time developing green screens as part of developing with a mainframe. I value writing living technical documentation and unit/integration/functional tests with one of my primary goals being to deliver maintainable code.I love talking technology and learning, I have and plan to never stop as I know I can always improve and try out new things. I am eager to hear more about other people's experiences, as I greatly enjoy seeing beyond my own perspective and hearing what others have achieved.
