Woked on Breaking Down Loads for crews to fill shelves. Was responsible for training employes and making sure they are able to do the job properly. Also worked with the crews to work product to the shelves and make sure that everything was being done correctly. Was also responible for inentory control ( scanning back stock in the bays and making sure the numbers were as accurate as possible). Also Made sure that crews were abiding by the rules set forth buy the company. Helping customers and helping the teach the younger employes how to interact with the customer.
