I am an experienced training instructor with a successful 25 year track record in the Royal Air Force and a deep knowledge of aircraft systems, safety equipment and procedures. I take pride in offering first class instructing and mentoring to course attendees with full evaluation and mentoring support.My achievements include volunteering to join Operation Herrick as part of the Joint Helicopter Force in Afghanistan in 2009, working as a Watchkeeper and Operations Officer in a joint environment within Helmand Province.My key strengths are excellent interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills with a high degree of knowledge and expertise in Air/Land integration and in-depth AWACS E-3D experience gained from 6 years onboard E-3D at RAF Waddington. I also held a security vetting for DV and NATO (TS).My long term career goal is to take on more leadership challenges and and responsibility and to enhance team morale and performance.I thrive on challenges and carry out my work in a professional and reliable manner at all times to ensure the best possible training outcomes for my clients.
