Responsible for a variety of tasks including procurement, planning, quality, safety, contractor communication and engagement, costings and forecasting, co-ordination, management of work groups, as well as reporting daily to senior engineers and production managers. Projects: - Level Crossing Removal Project - WPA - Aviation Road - $100 million Structures - Piling, pile caps, abutments - site establishment, sub-contractor selection, work site planning, sub-contractor on-boarding, sub-contractor monitoring, and daily productivity tracking Other Responsibilities - monitoring and arranging traffic management for the whole site, site compound fencing, and external traffic control audits.- Level Crossing Removal Project - WPA - Wyndham Vale Stabling Yard - $173 million Track - Major occupation planning including 8 turnouts - site establishment, sub-contractor selection, work site planning, sub-contractor on-boarding, sub-contractor monitoring, and reporting cost tracking, works readiness and occupation planning and coordination. Hydraulics - Sub-contractor on-boarding, staging of works, monitoring of progress, production tracking and feedback to senior engineers, daily reporting, commercial management (lump sum contract) Other Responsibilities - Liaising with V/Line for Site Access Permits for all work groups as well as future occupations as well as running and establishment of the weekly Safety Leadership Team meetings

TA20- Medical Assessment Category 1- assessment of worksite for hazards and potential hazards as well as the risks associated with these- complete pre work safety analysis, make decisions in regards to safe work methods and rationale these outcomes to insure the risk of injury / harm is minimal or eliminated- relay information onto fellow workers and work group as well as Metro and its controllers and maintain communication throughout the work day- Ensure all OH&S standards, the Book of Railway Rules are followed as well as Metro safe working guidelines- It is vital I work effectively as an individual and a team member to make certain the safest possible work conditions are being utilised- Maintaining all paper work and procedures are kept in an orderly, timely and accurate manner
