As an Events Manager, I was personally responsible for managing over 26 accounts, including PayPal, Intel, and Super Micro. I was primarily responsible for seeking out, planning, and executing high budget employee appreciation and team building events, with my largest event having over 2,400 guests. In conjunction with being an Events Manager, I was also promoted to Director of Marketing within 6 months of my hire date, and was responsible for both creating and overseeing the creation and distribution of hundreds of sales and marketing pieces. In the beginning months of the COVID-19 pandemic, I conceptualized and produced several successful virtual events.

I was originally hired for this position to assist with fundraising for the Boys and Girls Club through events. However, I was quickly promoted to a position in Development Administration and was responsible for managing the Fundraising Committee. I planned and lead several small fundraising events, as well as the annual Boys and Girls Club Fundraiser Gala, where I assisted in raising over $250,000 during the 4-hour event. Before and during the gala, I was responsible for hiring and managing over 300 volunteer staff.

In this position, I was responsible for overseeing seven sites hosting a total of twelve different children's sports camps. I sucessfully launched new camps for target audiances that had not been previously reached, and managed over 40 staff members in different locations accross the greater San Jose area.
