Scheduled, trained, and led emergency operations for 79 personnel and responsible for $10.5M vehicle fleet. Responded to emergencies in support of $42.3B in aircraft and real property/infrastructure valued at $888M. Provided command & control for emergency operations or until relieved by a Senior Fire Officer.

Managed fire safety & education program that encompassed 1.2K personnel and $363M in assets. Led activities for five individual sections to ensure compliance with Department of Defense, National Fire Protection Association and OSHA standards. Corrected life-safety design flaws on 15 projects worth $37M that ensured 100% compliance with US & international codes. Created base contractor health/safety program that resulted in 437 employees trained. Quality assurance director for fire equipment testing, inspection, and contracts that ensures compliance with national standards and procedures.

Protected $4B in rotary and fixed-wing aircraft assets, $2.4B in real property assets to include 1,036 facilities. Managed schedules, records, and 8 life safety programs for 45 military, 11 civilian firefighters operating 24 fire and rescue vehicles. Drove training partnership with 5 local Fire Departments and integrated 5 stations/71 firefighters that enhanced joint operations emergency responses. Career coached that inspired 9 civilian and 16 military to volunteer enroll/complete 43 computer upgrade training models that resulted in 21 national certifications received.
