I am a recent graduate from Leeds Beckett University. I have being studying in the field of sports and physical education since leaving secondary school. Throughout this time I have had experience in both primary and secondary schools giving me an insight into the demands of a professional job role. Although my field of study was in sports it has lead me to opportunities beyond this. I landed myself a project leader role on a volunteering project which give me great experience in not just managing a group of people but managing myself in a leadership role. It taught me how to work with both individual and group dynamics to best suit the group alongside the in detailed planning needed to be a successful leader.With any task that gets set before me I pride myself on the high standards I set myself to be the best I possible can be. Through dedication and commitment I always strive to learn and develop the skills needed to succeed in any job role.

  A follow up offer based on performance of a previous volunteer trip. This experience enabled me to lead a team through a month long expedition project. It consisted of living in rural Fijian villages and providing their local school with high quality education. The role entailed keeping a positive group dynamic through group meetings and activities, individual personal and professional development, project admin and calling upon my previous experience to guide others to excel on their project.
