 Provide strategic and operational oversight to a nationally recognized, 187-bed, inpatient rehabilitation facility and 15 outpatient sites located in the Greater Philadelphia region. Responsible for the operations of a 67-bed General Acute Care facility comprised of Medical Surgical Services, Critical Care, and Emergency Department. Direct initiatives to champion a positive and engaged workforce that drive a highly performing operation. Advance sustainable growth by streamlining business operations, analyzing finical operations, effectively managing budgets, and executing strategy planning and analysis.  Target and recruit top talent to build strong and effective teams of professional and non-professional staff; develop and manage engagement activities to support staff retention.  Head all regulatory compliance and total quality management operations.  Consistently meet set organizational objectives by auditing systems and creating changes in structures, policies, and procedures to meet identified gaps.  Actively participate in professional development activities to sustain a current level of knowledge of industry-related trends and practices.  Increased inpatient admissions and outpatient visitations by 5% during FY17 throughout FY19. Designed and implemented organization’s mission statement and strategic vision.  Awarded the “Temple University Occupational Therapy Alumni of the Year” for 2019. Recipient of National Organizational Recognition in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

 Extended high-level administrative support to the Vice President in directing project work. Cultivated and developed beneficial relationships with Referral Sources.  Developed annual management plans and budgets, including operating budget and improvement budgets. Directed the training and supervising of senior hospital staff, ensuring full compliance with organization policies and objectives, and supporting opportunities for professional growth.  Orchestrated the establishment of two Inpatient Rehabilitation units directly collaborating with Business Partners.

 Led a nationally recognized rehabilitation program highlighted by full continuum of care for people with brain injuries. Advanced initiatives to launch a new Outpatient Rehabilitation Program that delivered highly-specialized services to patients with neurologic conditions.  On-boarded top talent for the facility; trained and mentored each in all policies and procedures; executed performance reviews and implemented corrective actions and performance improvement plans as needed
