Hospitality can mean a lot of different things to many different people. To me, it is all about finding new and exciting ways to please and accommodate the guest, while offering a level of compassion, focus, and pro-activity to the guest needs that is a consistent high level. Since I started in this industry over 13 years ago, I have always had a passion for customer service and guest relations. It was that passion that gave me the drive to expand my knowledge of this industry and pursue a degree in hospitality management. My time at Colorado State University really gave me a great opportunity to meet and network with past, present, and future industry employee/employers. I am exited to apply the knowledge I have learned over the past couple years and look forward to help making guests days better.
