• Review, coordinate, and develop Transportation Project Management and Analysis Performance• Interface directly with Transportation Providers, Stores, Vendors, Lowe’s Supply Chain and Merchandising with purpose of defining and continually improving programs and processes• Audit Carrier freight charge invoice activity and Lowe’s freight payment activity and performance• Analyze carrier costing reports, identify drivers of poor costing performance and implement corrective action plans• Analyze operations improvement opportunities, resolve issues, and adjust standards accordingly• Project lead responsible for taking Lowe’s Flexible Fulfillment Stores from a 65% average fill rate to an average fill rate of 88% by collaborating with AOM’s and store managers bringing awareness to the potential cost savings

• Gather and document business requirements by working with Merchandising, Planogram Specialist, Visual Space Planner, and stakeholders to understand their needs• Obtain all information necessary to create and manage planograms at the store level using JDA Space Planning Software• Use Lowes PCM software in order to get proper dimensions of product• Create all planograms assigned to planogram standards including items, fixtures, displays, signage, graphics and special instructions• Keep leadership informed of potential issues/problems related to supporting stated timelines with accurate planograms

• Responsible for creating and updating the LGS Coordinator Schedule through Microsoft Excel where LGS Managers assign tasks and deadlines for projects • Assisted in several major projects for Lowe’s store of the future with Lowe’s Merchandisers and Lowe’s Canada• Work closely with Lowe’s LGS Merchandisers through phone, e mail, and face to face meetings• Perform the tasks of a TPOG Coordinator when they are short handed• Provide superior customer service by aiding LGS vendors in placement of product in their respective bays• Assist Lowe’s LGS Merchandisers preparing for product line reviews by setting bays per planogram specifications
