Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Bachelor of Arts in Music, both from the University of DelawareMy practical laboratory experience includes mostly work in UV-Vis Spectrophotometry, Chromatography (gravity columns and HPLC/UPLC), as well as introductory work in LC/MS, ICP-MS, and Thermogravimetric Analysis. I also, from UD, have learned some introduction to NMR, Fluorescence, Phosphorescence, Infrared, Visible, UV, and X-Ray Spectroscopy, and Voltammetry. Curriculum covered inorganic, organic, physical, and analytical chemistry.As for music, I have studied trombone under Dr. Bruce Tychinski, and Gail Glass-Wagner. I have played in ensembles of various different performance styles, different types of ensembles, and even solo performance. I have played in jazz big band ensemble, jazz chamber ensemble, wind ensemble, symphonic band, symphony orchestra, pit orchestra, trombone choir, and marching band to name a few. I am able to improvise and solo in jazz.Other interests include Doctor Who, Star Trek, Billiards, and video games.
