Heat Pump Guys is a full-service HVAC provider based on the North Shore, with focus on domestic heat pumps, light commercial air conditioning and ventilation as well as high-end residential HVAC systems.As the Managing Director, I'm responsible for the operations and success of the organisation. • Management of administration, sales, accounting, installation, and service/repair teams.• Sales, including lead follow up, pipeline management, negotiation and close (residential, specifier and commercial customers) and HVAC design.• Managed two full time sales consultants, monitoring performance, providing support, and calculating commissions. • Scheduling of resource across installation, servicing, repairs, and sales groups for a team of twenty. • Sole responsibility for all IT aspects of the business – office hardware, office software, SaaS productivity software, mobile device apps, website, online marketing• Primary responsibility for all HR activities, including advertising, hiring, training and performance management with a working knowledge of NZ employment law. • Development of marketing strategy, implementation, and reporting.
