Experience in maintenance, marketing, finance, eviction, inspections, leasing, and management. Able to speak conversational Spanish, especially in relation to property management. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Rent Manager, and Adobe Photoshop. Familiar with Texas Apartment Association lease contract, HUD & Fair Housing, and Texas Property Code.
