Associate Project Manager
CurrentIn my role within the Professional Services team, I assisted project managers on a large portfolio of projects. This entailed being a first point of customer contact, chairing customer meetings, taking meeting minutes, updating actions/risks/issues logs frequently, creating and implementing deliverable trackers. I was also given the opportunity to run my own portfolio of projects which gave me great incite into a day to day schedule of a project manager.I also had several revenue forecast meetings with the Director of Professional Services. within this meeting I had to present a breakdown of which projects we think will close off before the end of quarter using updates I gathered from all of the project managers.My hard work and attitude to learning cemented me an extension of 3 months until I had to return to university.
