As a driven pre-med student at Baylor University, I am passionate about pursuing a career in medicine and serving others using my Christian faith. I am currently working on my Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies, with a goal to become a physician-scientist in the United States Army. I have been involved in various research projects as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Dr. Cory Smith’s Human & Environmental Physiology Laboratory (HEPL), focusing on military proficiency in altered environmental conditions.In addition to my academic and research pursuits, I am also a cadet in the Army ROTC program at Baylor, where I develop my leadership, teamwork, and physical fitness skills. Some of my core competencies include perseverance, leadership, communication, and integrity. I am always eager to learn new skills and apply them to real-world problems.
