I'm currently an Analyst II at AML RightSource, where I've been working since August 2021 when I started as an Analyst 1. In this role, I specialize in anti-money laundering (AML) data analysis, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks for our clients. I have worked across multiple different workflows investigating financial accounts for a variety of topologies. As I gained experience on these teams, I moved into a quality control role to review the work of and train the other analysts on my team. I am currently working with our teams in India and Bulgaria to help them improve their skills and quality of work.Prior to this, I worked at Amazon for four years. I started as an Associate, where I was a team-oriented, dedicated worker and consistent top performer within my region. I was then promoted to Process Assistant Manager from May 2019 to August 2021. In this role, I supported senior management by supervising and allocating labor, leading meetings, and assigning job duties. I also managed associates to ensure a productive work environment, ensuring successful performance through tracking, reporting, and feedback.In terms of education, I graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in Communication/Theatre Arts in 2016. At John Carroll, I was a member of Delta Tau Delta, with whom I participated in a broad range of community service and philanthropic efforts. Outside of work, I have run marathons, participate in diverse community events across Buffalo, and am an avid supporter of the arts and all things Buffalo sports. I am also lover of travel and have been to a variety of places both in and outside of the United States.
