Once received, distribute the items to the appropriate persons and department in a timely manner. • Manage warehouse personnel through the use of performance reviews, training identification and implementation and salary administration. • Negotiate freight rates with LTL and truckload carriers and set up shipments for both inbound and outbound freight. • Assist in warehouse operations with day to day job functions as needed.
