Adjunct Faculty within the University's School of Cybersecurity & Information Technology Department. Provides undergraduate course instruction in Cybersecurity Management and Risk Management Framework (RMF) development for Government and Industry.

Responsible for site operations, network management, maintenance, incident management and cyber defense of redundant strategic communications capabilities supporting National Leadership and Department of Defense Warfighters throughout the world. Develops command level objectives towards long-term strategic goals.

DISA Principal Technical Advisor to U.S. Pacific Command (USINDOPAC) and Chief of the DISA Pacific (DISA PAC) Hawaii Field Office. Provides onsite technical expertise, expert level counsel, advice, recommendations and assistance to USINDOPACOM’s Director for C4 Systems, and to the DISA Pacific Commander concerning all Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) NetOps, Enterprise Services functions and the consideration/deployment of new or emerging technologies into the DoD enterprise.

Deputy for Operations, Training, Plans, Exercises and I.T. Engineering / Project Management. Executes Information Technology requirements for Army, Joint and Coalition forces throughout the USINDOPACOM Theater of Operations.

Deputy G33, USARPAC Operations Division. Conducted direct and indirect leadership of a 42 person staff comprised of four branches supporting USARPAC's Headquarters Branch, Current Operations / Command Center, Future Operations Branch, Operational Support Branch and Joint Task Force - Homeland Defense mission assignments.

Technology Instructor for State of Hawaii, Leeward Community College Adult Continuing Education Program. Provided program instruction towards CompTIA A+ certification requirements and assorted IBM compatible computer business applications at the basic and intermediate levels of instruction.
