Case Manager - Customer Contact Team Member
CurrentI am part of a team of contact team members, who facilitate and offer help in regards to the public services that both West Devon and South Hams councils provide. Through this, I deal with a number of public service enquiries from Domestic Waste collection to Car Parking permits in both authority boundaries. I am also one of the faces of local Government, as myself and the team are the first point of contact for many residents and customers who will have a variety of questions and problems that need to be assessed and completed.
