In my role, I will have direct responsibility for the entire mortgage sales team in the markets we serve in Pennsylvania. I will be charged with goal attainment, team development, strategic planning, successful LOB partnerships, and recruiting. I am looking for strong originators and managers to continue our positive growth in the PA market. I have been brought on board at First Commonwealth Bank to lead the return of FCB's mortgage presence in Western PA. I will be covering the north region, which will include Wexford, McCandless, Adams, Mars, etc. I will also handle parts of downtown Pittsburgh as well. My experienced sales team will also provide both market growth and value to the region. Our in-house underwriting, and community bank presence separates us from the competition. FCB has a huge appetite for mortgage lending and has the top products and services available to meet all buyer and borrower needs.
