WMMA is an start-up, international internet based sports marketing company focused on the fast growing sport of mixed martial arts. Responsible for all Finance related functions including Accounting, Banking, Cash Management, Tax, Insurance.

Responsible for Treasury Operations (cash/liquidity management, all capital raising activities, bank relationship management, credit facilities), Benefit Plan Investment Oversight, Corporate Insurnace, Rating Agency management, Investor Relations support, Board/Committee presentations, and all compliance activites for my areas of responsibilites including SEC, FERC, state utility commissions. Raised a total of $17B including the financing of the $5.8B acquisition of Florida Progress Corporation that created the 10th largerst utility in the US at the time. Integrated my areas of responsibility post merger. Added CRO responsibilities in 2006 that included leading monthly Risk Management Meeting with senior management team and regular Audit Committee reporting.

Global credit card association owned by commercial banks where I was responsible for management of a $300M Medium-Term Note (MTN) debt program, interest rate risk management, financing (mostly leasing) for all data center assets in the US and UK. Financed global headquarter buildings (sale/leaseback) in California.

Equipment leasing and asset based lending company owned by an Austrian bank. Resposible for determining lease/loan pricing, funding the portfolio and business plan development. Member of Corporate Credit Committee that was final decision maker on deal approvals and monitring credit risk in the portfolio.

Analyzed and developed deal structures in support of field marketing staff for loan and leasing transaction. Promoted to Controller and relocated to San Francisco in 1986 as part of management team to open first Regional Office. Responsible for business planning and all financial aspects of the Region.

Analyzed various fixed income securities (corporates, municipal, general obligation, and revenue bonds) and made recommendations for the investment in a $5B portfolio.
