North Texas Regional Forensics Laboratory (Ntrcfl)

Manage daily operations of a digital forensics laboratory consisting of multiple law enforcement agencies (local, state, and federal) administered by the FBI. Work with FBI executive management, member agency Chiefs of Police, United States Attorneys, and District Attorneys keeping them abreast of lab operations and the status of cases for prosecution. Responsible for coordinating and overseeing on-site incident response involving laboratory personnel and resources. In charge of the performance and training of 19 certified examiners and support staff. Responsible for setting lab policies and procedures, enforcing policies, hiring new staff, evaluating court room performance, recruiting law enforcement agencies to the NTRCFL, overseeing facility and fleet management, prioritizing and assigning examinations, monitoring backlog. Work to continually ensure compliance with ANAB accreditation standards, establishing and maintaining ethical standards, tracking statistical accomplishments, and making presentations on behalf of the lab.
