I coordinated the effective implementation of the Business Enterprise curriculum across both key stages. This involved organising a large team of other professionals, leading training workshop, organising trips/visitors and liaising with key businesses in Somerset. In conjunction with the School Improvement Plan I successfully steered a committee with the goal of instigating and developing a more effective data management system across the whole school.

Helping to achieve Scripture Union’s strategic goals by developing, running and delivering curriculum programmes in cooperation with the Somerset Local Education Authority and the Great Wood Trust during term time residentials. Organising the promotion/advertising (largely through web medium), effective administration and day-to-day oversight of a large outdoor centre during available weekends increasing the annual turnover by £20,000 per annum. Involved in training, development & promotion of Scripture Union nationally. A member of the Great Wood Estate Consultative group overseeing £1/2 million development of the centre, licensing agreements and planning.
