Most recently, in a team who regularly surpassed their goals and led by example in developing practice across the workplace. I have successfully pioneered new programs to engage and motivate others, utilising cross-agency connections. Such success led to the program being deployed in other local workplaces. My professional achievements include QTS, National Award in Special Educational Needs Coordination, and Outdoor Education Qualifications.
