ESKIMOS is currently the highest ranking snowsports school on Tripadvisor in Saas‐Fee.Marketing:● Coordinating the day to day social media posts.● Develop and implement social media growth strategy.● Create storyboards and mood-boards to in fluence the creative direction of photographers and videographers.● Coordinating photographers and videographers for a variety of photo and video shoots to deliver ESKIMOSbrand vision.● Co‐organisation and independently organising ESKIMOS activations and events, both internally and externally.Administration and Accounting:● Organise and coordinate snow sports staff ensuring the are that they have the correct information and material to deliver ESKIMOS high standards of service.● Control the monthly working hours of all snow sports staff to ensure the wage bill is delivered on budget.● Produce daily account statements and cash control.● Purchase general snowsports and of ice equipment and material.Sales:● Front Of ice and Back Of ice Reservations of all ESKIMOS products● Liaising with travel agents as well as hotel partners in UK for international bookings.● Identifying cross‐sale opportunities to maximize sales.Relationship Managgement:● Liaising and communicating on a with hotel directors, travel agents, sports stores and local business managers to ensure they promote and sell ESKIMOS products.● Liaising with external brands in order to receive promotional materials( such as snowboards and Clothing) for photo and video shoots.

Tiny Whale is a boutique lodge and adventure activity centre in the Algarve, Portugal. My role as sales and reservations involved maintaining and growing a busy reservations department giving excellent customer service, communicating effectively, generating sales conversions, & keeping a high level of organisation. It also involved relationships with 3rd parties across Europe to help grow the brand. As Operations my role was to ensure that each guest had the best holiday experience that we could provided and wanted to come back time, time again. In order to achieve this my role consisted of but was not confined to promoting task ownership amongst the staff to create a culture of empowerment, embedding a desire to succeed through team meetings, briefings and updates. Managing camp accounts through weekly cash flow analysis, completing budget responsibilities, reconciling accounts, performing appropriate checks and controls. Organising resource allocation and logistics including accommodation, instructors, catering, transfers, expenses, quality control and crisis management (where needed). Check-in/ Check-out of all guests, delivering essential information and reassurance through an approachable platform for guests to address any concerns..

My initial brief at Smarta was to help with the re-branding of the company as it moved from purely home automation to also providing construction contracting services. Following a brief from the director I was able to incorporate the recognizable logo into a new design that represented the new services the business provided. The design was used across all forms of promotional material from business cards, website/social media home pages, van signage, advertising banners and external premises signage. Throughout the process this involved leasing with the director, graphic designers and web developers to ensure all ideas were communicated clearly and effectively to produce advertising products and website designs. Following the successful re-brand my day to day duties include but are not limited to Implementation of monthly marketing plan within overall budget executing online campaigns including SEO, PPC and Google AdWords. Manage social media channels, public profile accounts & keep the WordPress website up to date. Measure all the web, SEO, social media and display advertising campaigns and make changes accordingly. Respond to any social media enquirers and company reviews. Writing Award submissions for various industry awards.

My time at THA gave me a grate understanding of why strong communication is important across all business channels. My general day to day role include but was not limited to Check-in and checkout guests, processing bookings received through multiple channels, ensuring all reservations from all portals were assigned correct rooms and follow procedures to ensure a rooms and apartments are cleaned and presented to the relevant standard with in the required time frame. I was also required to use my own initiative to solve problems such as difficult requests, customer grievances and reservation issues. At the same time as managing the reception I was also required to multi task in order to ensure the smooth running of front office operations. These duties included operating the resort switch board, fielding emails, phone calls and general requests and enquires for the hotel and resort. The front office often dealt with communicating and assisting various company superiors as well as guests and VIPs.

My day time roll as reception and reservation supervisor at Nomads was generally to ensure the smoothing running of guest checkouts and while ensuring that housekeeping has conducted all their duties through carrying out room checks with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure new guests were able to checking on time. My night time role as night audit and duty manager at nomads involved all reception duties such as checking in and checking out guests and dealing with all reservations, as well as managing the night housekeeping staff, conducting the night audit and finally acting as security for the hostel ensuring only guests were on the premises as well as dealing with disturbances. My time at Nomads helped me develop my management and communication skills. My role often involved communicating with guests and managing staff from different countries and cultures where English was not often their first language.

My time and training at Timberland has gave me the confidence to approach customers and the general public with ease. The training I received allowed me to read the customers buying signals, through understanding these it allowed me to assess what type of customer I’m dealing with and the best way to sell to this customer. During my second spell at Timberland I was appointed take a more active role in store operations. This included but not limited to stockroom and delivery management, visual merchandising duties and a step up team leader role. During my second period the store went on to be the fastest growing store DFO in Europe.
