Ski School And Social Media Coordinator
My role at ESKIMOS is to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations, ensuring our clients receive the best service and our staff receive the correct information to deliver ESKIMOS high standards that go above and beyond our customers expectations as well as assisting the CEO with various tasks and projects. Alongside these these duties, my role also includes managing ESKIMOS social marketing channels such as Instagram, Facebook and Tripadvisor. ESKIMOS is currently the highest ranking snowsports school on Tripadvisor in Saas‐Fee.Marketing:● Coordinating the day to day social media posts.● Develop and implement social media growth strategy.● Create storyboards and mood-boards to in fluence the creative direction of photographers and videographers.● Coordinating photographers and videographers for a variety of photo and video shoots to deliver ESKIMOSbrand vision.● Co‐organisation and independently organising ESKIMOS activations and events, both internally and externally.Administration and Accounting:● Organise and coordinate snow sports staff ensuring the are that they have the correct information and material to deliver ESKIMOS high standards of service.● Control the monthly working hours of all snow sports staff to ensure the wage bill is delivered on budget.● Produce daily account statements and cash control.● Purchase general snowsports and of ice equipment and material.Sales:● Front Of ice and Back Of ice Reservations of all ESKIMOS products● Liaising with travel agents as well as hotel partners in UK for international bookings.● Identifying cross‐sale opportunities to maximize sales.Relationship Managgement:● Liaising and communicating on a with hotel directors, travel agents, sports stores and local business managers to ensure they promote and sell ESKIMOS products.● Liaising with external brands in order to receive promotional materials( such as snowboards and Clothing) for photo and video shoots.
