Lead a staff of real estate professionals spread through one Regional and two Satellite Offices. Managed a net income budget of just under $70m annually derived from a geographically diverse commercial real estate portfolio comprised of all asset types. The Los Angeles Regional Office was the largest office within the John Hancock Financial Services Real Estate network within the United States. Other offices included Washington DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston and the major metropolitan cities of Canada.Represented the firm in all real estate transactions throughout the region. As a Corporate Officer I maintained execution authority over all leases, contracts and the like.Engaged, when required third party firms, (brokerage, property management, appraisal, and various consultants to better serve the property and our customers, the tenants. With over 700 tenants in the portfolio I maintained the highest levels of customer satisfaction throughout the portfolio.
