Over the past 26 years, I have been lucky enough to have been a part of many exciting projects. Things like putting in the power for the Starbucks coffee roaster at their headquarters on 1st Ave, installing the main wiring on Bertha, and being a part of each phase of the construction of the new 520 floating bridge come to mind, along with dozens of lighting and fire alarm installations. Along the way, I have witnessed many inherent hazards to our members, and became involved in our safety committee, eventually serving as the chair for several years and becoming a member of the National Safety Council. I was among the earliest adopters of electric vehicles in our union, and therefore one of the first to install the charging stations (EVSE's), which led to an interest in solar and LED's, and the installation of integrated systemsBasically, if it reduces our need for a larger impact on the planet, I'm interested.

During my time as a member of Nedra, I developed the Silver Bullet, a 1982 Nissan 280ZX that set 8 consecutive World Records, and assisted my Dad (Father Time) in the construction of several drag bikes and dragsters that also established many world records in their own classes. As a team member at EV Parts we also built some custom EVs that were featured on Discovery Channel, and established notable records in their own classes.
