I also provided strategic recommendations on Human Resources and Talent management to both the corporate C-suite leadership team and hotel senior leadership team. During my tenure, I successfully navigated the COVID-19 crisis and mitigated its impact on our portfolio. Additionally, I managed the Director of Human Resources at 17 hotels in our portfolio through a dotted line reporting, ensuring that our human capital planning was sound and rational.I also spearheaded the opening of three contemporary luxury hotels in China, including Niccolo Chongqing, Niccolo Changsha, and Niccolo Suzhou. I oversaw recruitment efforts for the senior leadership team at these hotels, collaborated with the hotel owning company to ensure timely project progress, and provided strategic insight on talent management for the management team. In addition, I initiated and managed the annual talent budgetary process for the corporate office and worked with hotel HR leaders to ensure that our talent planning was in line with our overall HR governance and talent satisfaction management.As part of my role, I reviewed group HR policies and procedures to keep up with market changes and challenges. I also conducted an annual HR audit of the hotels to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
