Sales Support has a primary responsibility of supporting the outside sales team and increasing sales revenue. Spending the majority of time communicating with existing customers, facilitating jobs, completing and following-up on estimates. The position enters traditional and online orders into production and becomes familiar with buyers and establishes rapport to enhance relationships.

Managed Estimating, Invoicing, Inventory and Payroll departments. Supervised all parts, materials, service buyouts and paper ordering for the entire facility. Supervised over accounts payable and receivable.• Managed Estimating department and shared estimating responsibility focusing on 50+ high profile projects per month. This accounted for approx. $230,000 in monthly gross revenue and had a 46% quote to job conversion rate.• Negotiated better pricing for services and materials from all vendors saving an average of $150,000 year over year. • Assisted other newspaper markets with direct mail projects, provided pricing, data lists and processing through the system, which increased our scope within the Gannett organization and lead to additional sales. • Worked with sales managers providing sales history, revenue goals and month end projections, to allow clear understanding of our monthly margins allowing managers and sales representatives to set clear and obtainable sales goals.• Developed and documented processes and procedures for estimating, inventory, billing and P.O. processing to provide clear understanding of employees responsibilities.

Managed as many as 10 employees in various departments including account managers, artists, estimators and payroll.• Worked with sales representatives and clients to help create direct mail campaigns with productions abilities and cost in mind.• Worked with data list companies to create prospects for direct mail and e-mail campaigns using customer's requested demographics.• Generated weekly and monthly reports for Arizona Republic sales managers, financial department and administrative staff. Reports contained current revenue, % to goal and other job related details. Provided projections for future revenue. • Estimated 100+ projects per month at a 33% conversion rate.

Estimated all print and mail jobs. Created rate sheets to use for template jobs. Worked with many vendors on all types of buyouts including print, data, bindery and contest insurance.• In charge of setup, implementing, administration and maintenance of the PrintStream software.• Created multiple rate sheets for products to allow sales representatives to give quick and accurate pricing to customer in a timely manner.
