On campus program leader of energy conservation program at Iona University; identifying and executing energy savings through:- Promoting behavioral awareness and change throughout the campus community; faculty, students and staff alike.- Energy management; e.g. optimization of existing mechanical equipment, program schedules and operating procedures.- Identifying energy efficiency opportunities, such as retrofits, through observation, measurement and verification, and analysis.- Utility billing, rebates and incentives; e.g. researching and coordinating incentive programs, identifying and acting upon billing issues to ensure accurate and timely bills.- Spearheading Bronxville campus implementation, including historical utility data acquisition and analysis for base year calibration, technical assessments, and establishing HVAC operation standards.

- Liaison between commercial and residential management and Quadlogic Controls Corp for energy billing related services.- Processing monthly electrical bills on a timely basis for over 400 properties and 60,000 units.- Project work and analysis of energy related activities of numerous properties across the New York metro area.

- Processed data conversion projects for inclusion into Columbia University’s GeoMapApp.- Conversion of computer-derived seismic tomography models from the Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology (IRIS) for integration with GeoMapApp, a widely-used mapping application. - Compilation of LiDAR elevation data from the USGS’s The National Map for the continental United States in order to enhance the synthesized land-ocean base map used across the Interdisciplinary Earth Data Alliance (IEDA) resources.
