Site manager for the facilities operation for a larger client, that has production on multile sites in the southern part of Jutland. Responsible for hard service delivery.

Contract manager at the CBRE account in Viborg. Responsible for the delivery of hard services, Smart Hands services and logistic services for at larger Data center client. The CBRE team consists of 31 persons, divide in to back office, smart hands, logistic and critical environment.

Roles and responsibilities:• Staff management:Development of the technical team, Data center process training, recruiting, interviewing, performance review, 24/7 staff scheduling, staff training, DC processes, CMMS, QHSE. • Client support:Monthly and quarterly reporting, participating in monthly and quarterly meetings, technical audits, participating in weekly operations meetings. • Vendor management:Technical specifications to maintenance contracts and planned maintenance tasks, data center inductions, developing cooperation with vendors. • QHSE:Approved, licensed and acting “Supervisor for High voltage installation” and “Electrical Responsible” (KLS-A and KLS-D). Member of the Working Environment organisation CBRE GWS (AMU), compliance with CBRE and client QHSE requirements.• Other:Approving critical switching schedules, reviewing risk analysis. Finance support when invoicing. Creating quotes to clients. CMMS development at the account, creating change requests in Client system.

Ensuring risk is clearly communicated to our customerManagement of site staff and call out rotas, always ensuring adequate cover for holidays, sickness, weekend works, performing job interviews etc. Ensure adequate supervision of specialist maintenance contractors including external call out technicians to be in line with SLA´s and customer best practicesCoordinate and conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to the site equipment following agreed maintenance plan. Coordinate, manage, supervise and perform switching activities and fault finding in critical environments in compliance with customer change control guidelines and switching procedures. Coordinate response to incidents and ensuring root cause analysis is performedEnsure effective technical acceptance, handover and integration of project infrastructure specifically including commissioning, integrated system testing, Staff Training and updates of records and asset management systems.Ensure Datacenter reporting is up to date at all times incl. asset plans.Pro-actively participate in technical training requirements including competency assessments, critical services training, scenario training exercises and High Voltage work training

Took care of the maintenance and repair of the production machines. Instruction of the machine operators in how to operate the machines. Adjusting the machines to new products and installation of new machines

Technical responsibilities:Calibration technician during annual shutdown at Forsamark, Ringhals nuclear power plant and Uppsala Energi power plant. Maintenance and operations electrician at Uppsala Energi power plant

Worked as 2. engineer at a tugboat which sailed in the north of Europe. Worked mainly with daily maintenance and monitoring of the technical equipment at the ship. During connection of new equipment to be towed I helped the crew at the deck.
