Current- Serve as a field based strategic partner to executive and mid-level leadership in the areas of employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and legal compliance supporting 1000 employees in 15.
- Assist in strategic organizational growth through implementing effective people management practices, policies, and functional training.
- Provide in person support to all locations in the areas of recruiting, retention practices, and leadership training.
- Utilize change management practices to strategically implement a new Workforce Management system for my region.
- Act as a professional resource and the initial point of contact for all employees with any and all workplace related questions and concerns.
