● Trained and supervised 14 Nuclear Reactor Operators in the operation and maintenance of instrumentation and control equipment directly related to Nuclear Reactor operations and safety● Managed and supervised the completion of preventive and corrective maintenance items through a two year drydock maintenance period to include installing a completely new system and the upgrade of multiple systems● Coordinated planning and maintenance performed by multiple shipyard entities on ship’s systems through a two year drydock maintenance period● Performed 10+ critical repair/replacements of Reactor instrumentation and control equipment including wiring, soldering, and digital electronics

● Trained over 300 Officer/Enlisted staff and students in aspects of detailed reactor operation, control, and maintenance● Performed over 500 preventive and corrective maintenance procedures directly contributing to the plant completing planned maintenance shutdowns ahead of schedule

● Created manufacturing drawings and 3-dimensional models for prototype components and assemblies on a new aerospace project utilizing state of the art Computer Aided Design software (CATIA)● Coordinated with multiple teams to develop a consolidated product assembly utilizing industry tolerance and design standards

Managed several contracted engineering projects including on-site manufacture of structures at a baseball park, construction of grain handling systems at an agricultural site, and structural modification to a beverage distribution warehouse.
