Tom was an engineering technician at Xerox Corporation who worked on operation and controls for 3D additive and novel printing systems.Previously he worked as a systems senior optical technician at Xerox' divestiture Conduent Corporation where he provided technical support on video analytics projects in retail and transportation product areas.Prior work at Xerox Corporation involved print image quality analytics utilizing spectrophotometry, high resolution scanners and photomicroscopy systems. He has worked with and tested xerographic laser, liquid and solid ink printing systems, image setters, interferometric measurement, diffraction grating fabrication, holography, laser system testing, fiber optics, and illuminator testing and design.Tom received his Associates in Applied Science in Optics in 1980 and was employed immediately by Xerox. He has formal DOE and DSS training with electro-mechanical focus.Tom currently holds 23 U.S. patents for his contributions to portfolios of Xerox, Xerox Business Services, and Conduent.In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family. Favorite hobbies include nature photography, and hiking. He enjoys car shows and auto racing, and watching bicycle races and team sports.
