I have a very keen interest in medical science and have experience of working in this field in both an industrial and academic setting. I have shown that I am adept at working in an individual or team-based scenario demonstrating an inquisitive and analytical mind with attention to detail. I have undertaken online University courses using the following providers - edX, Open University and Future Learn to further enhance my skillset and knowledge in the fields of life sciences, computer science, physics, chemistry and statistics. I have recently started training as a teacher in Secondary Biology at Durham University and am on my first placement.

I analysed the caseloads of clients who had sought advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau regarding Employment Support Allowance claims for the campaign entitled “ESA fit for work.” These caseloads provided evidence for the Work Capability Assessment Fifth Independent Review by Dr Paul Litchfield; this review is the last independent assessment of the government’s welfare reform bill of 2007.
