Conducting collaborative sessions of either one or two days, to align, engage, clarify, motivation, and crystalize the direction and focus of a "cause" or strategic direction of an organization. Community advocate for creating social justice and developing healthy values in families, schools, and community. Providing resource development enabling organizations to fund programs and services through grants and foundations. Providing board management and staff management to create effective well run operations yielding results that make a difference at the community level.
