Work closely with engineers, plant personal, and shop workers during all phases of the project.Projects & Results:STRUCTURAL DESIGN: Assisted other mechanical designers on numerous structural steel design projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Fossil Plants, Hydro-electric facilities, and Department of Defense projects. Became the go-to expert on using Inventor to model structural steel and develop shop fabrication drawings.MECHANICAL DESIGN: Provided mechanical design support on various projects consisting of piping layouts and design, ductwork arrangements and details, mechanical equipment layouts, details and elevations drawings.
