As a customer experience coordinator, I work very closely with the sales team members to assist new bids are handled as properly as possible. I monitor a new customers business for the first 30-60 days and ensure that all points of interest for the customer and for Celadon are being met. I hold the sales team, the customer service team, and the customer accountable for any mistakes and work as a mediator between all parties involved. I regularly hold onboarding calls between the customer and the team at Celadon to cover all relevant information in the upcoming business.

I started working at Crew Carwash as an associate, but worked my way up to an Assistant Manager position. While there, I communicated with customers about their inquiries both positive and negative, and as a manager I became fluent in writing a work schedule for up to 15 team members, regular maintenance around the carwash, hiring new team members, training new team members, and communicating efficient and important information with both our customers and team members.
