I currently deal with businesses, practices and firms throughout New York State that meet the Bureau's standards for Accreditation. Our goal is to inform and educate these organizations about the Bureau and to guide them through the Accreditation process.

Preperation of orders, inventory and customer service.

As a store manager, I was responsible for sales growth, human resources, customer service, bank reconciliation, coaching and training. I gained a reputation for strong sales and an ability to turn 'problem stores' around. I opened the Niagara Falls location and worked at the Delaware Ave. store, the McKinley Mall strip center and finally the Thruway Mall location.

As the only Customer Care Representative for the Williamsville Branch, I was trained for the newly created position to troubleshoot with residential and commercial security customers over the phone, retain customers who were considering cancelling their accounts, and to collect on past due accounts of 90 days or less. This job also included some clerical work, filing, and a proprietary computer program for account changes.

General dispatch of residential and commercial security accounts. Protocol followed for alarm events by dispatching police, fire departments or EMTs to a designated location. Opening and closing calls made to businesses as directed. Light filing and account entry on proprietary computer programs as well as hard copy.

Customer service, light sales prep for sales staff, processing of customer payments and troubleshooting. This was a temporary position contracted through Adecco Employment.

Theater projection (make-up and break-down of film reels), human resources, monthly inventory, upselling of concessions, customer service, daily cash reconciliation, weekly bank reconciliation and management of staff at the Eastern Hills and Amherst Theaters.

I worked three consecutive holiday seasons in the Books Department, Music Department and Video Departments, respectively. I also stayed on part-time in 1998 in the Shipping and Receiving Department. Store sales, customer service and merchandising.

I held multiple positions with this company. I started on morning inventory (6 a.m.-2 p.m.) unloading trucks and distributing merchandise onto the sales floor as well as above overstock. During the holiday season, I was employed by Nintendo as a representative for their hardware console and software sales. I also worked on cash register, merchandising, straightening of store merchandise before close and in-store customer service as well as phone service.
