As Campaign Director between 2010 and 2011, I shared duties with a colleague in overseeing all club meetings, fundraisers in support of raising funds for the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR) and implementation and development of the student club within the UVIC club community. One of the primary objects of establishing this club apart from raising funds was to increasing awareness about the disease and address stigma associated with HIV/AIDS at UVIC proper and in the larger community. This was accomplished through guest speakers, workshops, and social media campaigns. The club successfully raised over $5000 for AIDS/HIV research and care.

As Campaign Director at the University of Victoria between 2009 and 2011, I was responsible for all campaign operations at UVIC including volunteer recruitment, secondary fundraising & partner relations with local community, students, and administration. Over $15,000 was raised for cystic fibrosis research and care over my time as campaign director through fundraising. In my second role as Campaign Advisor between 2010 and 2011, I was responsible for counselling, mentoring and motivating several Shinerama Campaign Directors across Canada with different size campaigns.
