Between the grocery, retail, hospitality, and service industry I have over 13 years of customer service experience. I am a keen observer of the human experience, and my time in customer service has given me a better insight into human interaction. This has forged me into a customer service representative dedicated to providing quality care for customer satisfaction, with a proven ability to establish and maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients. Prior to the pandemic, a majority of my work experience has been in the food and hospitality industry. I have over 6 years of bartending experience in various types of establishments on both the east and west coast. I also have management experience in both the food service as well as the retail industry. Through my experience I have developed effective leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic.
