Current- Stream managing and providing engineering and supporting skills throughout requirements gathering, design, implementation and hand-over to operations of a given project while complying with Citigroup standard.
- Providing operational support skills at highest level.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to help develop less experienced junior engineers.
- Working closely with clients (TI project managers, business project managers, TI supporting units) to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Working with other Network Engineers and EMEA TI departments to provide full support to the business.
- Providing occasional third level support to resolve complex network issues when required.
