Network Engineer, Infrastructure Sr Tech Analyst
Current• Stream managing and providing engineering and supporting skills throughout requirements gathering, design, implementation and hand-over to operations of a given project while complying with Citigroup standard engineering practices and project management processes.• Providing operational support skills at highest level.• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to help develop less experienced junior engineers.• Working closely with clients (TI project managers, business project managers, TI supporting units) to ensure successful delivery of projects.• Working with other Network Engineers and EMEA TI departments to provide full support to the business.• Providing occasional third level support to resolve complex network issues when required.• Co-ordinating and managing integration partners when required for physical commissioning and general installation of equipment.• Liaising and working with Citi’s strategic technology partners when required.• Fully complying with all security policies, engineering standards, project management and purchasing processes.• Reporting to the LAN-MAN-WAN and/or Network Engineering manager as required.• Supervise a team in the role as a senior technical team supervisor being responsible to help all team members to full fill their job / implementation work / projects.
