Design, build, and maintain various security technology platforms within the American Express environment.Work with internal customers, external vendors, and managed service partners to drive proper security technology design and maintain appropriate security posture.Interact with Security Operations Center Incident Responders to ensure expedient and effective resolution to information security incidents.Audit various security policies (firewall, IPS, etc.) and make recommendations for changes.Investigate and troubleshoot all phases of security tool interactions with Western Alliance Bank assets (agents, network communications, application issues, etc.)Contribute to the development of documentation for new tools and processes.Support the establishment, enhancement, and continual improvement of an integrated set of correlation rules, alerts, searches, reports, and responses from multiple security platforms.Track open tickets to ensure SLAs are met.
