In this role, I am responsible for creating and implementing the processes and procedures necessary to achieve company goals. I also help create training methods for different departments dependent on their needs and plans for growth. I have created and executed company policies.I have learned and developed skills, such as: Process mapping, creating and implementing plans for growth, infrastructure, and training assessment/creation.

In this role, I was responsible for managing Dish Network installations throughout the western United States. I routed each technician and tracked each installations throughout the day until each job was done. I inventoried and distributed equipment for each area making sure each technician had the proper material to accomplish their jobs.
