I started umpiring little kids while I was in high school to make some spending money. I then began to work with a friend of mine on office trends. This job dealt with moving/assembling larger furniture that includes desks/cabinets/counters etc. This job also included demolition which includes having the ability to lift heavy things and communicating with your employees and bosses. I worked for the Kroger Clicklist during Covid. The Clicklist is the online orders that the store receives each day. This job helped test my communication, problem solving and critical thinking. The Clicklist associates were instructed to fill orders inside the store and deliver the orders to the customers car in the parking lot. This included heavy lifting of orders, guaranteeing the time of the order will be completed in an effect at amount of time and communication with customers in order to give them the best experience. I worked a few other manual labor jobs that include moving furniture and splitting/delivering firewood. Although I do not have a ton of work experience I think that the skill sets I can provide would be very beneficial to any type of company or workplace that is willing to give me a chance.
